With as many as 96% of Canadians aged 65 and older reporting that they would do everything they could to avoid going into a long-term care facility, we are proud to offer home care services that allow families to stay together, safely and comfortably (National Institute on Ageing, 2022).
Our journey began in 2019 as With Love, Homecare. The agency was founded with a mission to provide personalized, high-quality in-home care that helps families feel supported. From the beginning, we always prioritized excellent care, ensuring that every individual receives attentive, customized support based on their unique needs. As a result, our community grew and so did our vision. In 2023, we expanded into With Love Group, broadening our services beyond traditional home care, specifically Wellness Home Care.
What do we mean by Wellness Home Care?
Wellness home care focuses on supporting a person’s overall health and well-being. First, it provides personalized care that addresses physical health needs, such as medication management and mobility assistance. Second, it includes emotional and mental support, helping clients manage stress, improve mood, and boost their quality of life. Lastly, wellness home care also promotes healthy habits, like proper nutrition and exercise, ensuring a holistic approach to well-being in the comfort of home.

Wellness Aide Certification
With Love Group is committed to raising the standard of care through innovation, education, and real-world experience. In response to clear gaps within the industry, we developed the Wellness Aide Certification — a first-of-its-kind program designed to redefine what caregiving can be.
This certification goes beyond traditional support worker training by equipping caregivers with the tools to deliver truly holistic, person-centered care, while also addressing critical issues such as the prevention of elder abuse through education, awareness, and culturally informed practices.
The program is designed to:
- Bridge cultural and care gaps by supporting international and local caregivers in understanding North American and Indigenous Communities care standards, expectations, and client rights
- Promote the prevention of elder abuse, with a strong focus on recognizing risk factors, understanding boundaries, and fostering safe, respectful care environments
- Integrate wellness into caregiving, with education in mental health support, lifestyle, movement, and nutrition — empowering aides to care for the whole person: body, mind, and spirit
- Build confidence and professional skill, ensuring caregivers feel capable, prepared, and supported in complex, real-life care environments
- Extend impact beyond the client, creating ripple effects in families, communities, and the caregivers’ own well-being

Our Mission Today

Our Founders
With Love Group was founded by Natalie Sidhu and her husband, Brent Rowley, with a shared vision of creating a more holistic, human-centered approach to care — one that integrates homecare, wellness, education, and community support.
Natalie’s passion for improving healthcare is rooted in personal experience, including witnessing her grandfather’s journey with dementia. This early experience shaped her commitment to ensuring individuals and families receive compassionate, dignified, and comprehensive care. What began as With Love Homecare has evolved into With Love Group, a full-spectrum organization focused on integrated care, wellness, and community impact.
Under Natalie’s leadership as President, With Love Group has expanded its services to include hospital-level homecare, wellness-focused programs, and holistic support initiatives designed to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients. Her work is guided by a belief that care should extend beyond treatment — into prevention, education, and long-term well-being.
Natalie is actively involved in community-based initiatives that support cultural connection, wellness, and social impact. Her work includes participation in collaborative projects focused on bringing people together through creativity, culture, and shared community experiences.
Both Natalie and Brent have also been invited to support and learn from Indigenous-led initiatives, contributing through respectful participation, education, and ongoing cultural awareness. Natalie is currently furthering her learning in Indigenous trauma awareness through the 7 Natural Ways of Trauma Through Mind, Body and Spirit program with Three Wyndis Healing, strengthening her understanding of holistic and culturally grounded approaches to wellness and healing.
Natalie is also leading the ongoing development and refinement of the Wellness Aide Certification, a training program developed by With Love Group. The program has already been created and is now being enhanced and expanded to strengthen its curriculum, deepen its wellness and cultural education components, and further elevate standards in holistic caregiving.
The certification equips caregivers with advanced skills in holistic support, cultural awareness, and wellness-based caregiving practices. It is designed to bridge gaps in traditional training by preparing caregivers to support the whole person — body, mind, and spirit — while fostering safer, more informed, and more compassionate care environments. This initiative reflects Natalie’s broader mission to elevate standards within the care industry and create meaningful, sustainable professional pathways for caregivers.
Natalie’s leadership has been recognized through her nomination for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards, presented by Women of Influence, highlighting her work in advancing innovative, community-centered models of care and wellness in Canada.
Brent Rowley, as co-founder, provides operational and strategic support, contributing to the overall growth and stability of With Love Group and its expanding care and wellness initiatives.
Together, Natalie and Brent continue to build With Love Group on a foundation of integrity, compassion, and community impact — focused on evolving care, strengthening education, and supporting families and communities through more integrated and human-centered approaches.

Director of Operations & Client Care
Wrychelle is a core part of the heart behind With Love Group, helping ensure that every client and family feels supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. As Director of Operations & Client Care, she oversees daily operations, leads human resources, and supports the growth and development of the team – creating a strong foundation for consistent, high-quality care.
She plays an active role in guiding new initiatives, expanding community connections, and strengthening the impact of the organization’s wellness programs. With a thoughtful and hands-on approach, Wrychelle works closely with both clients and staff to navigate evolving needs while maintaining a calm, supportive, and solutions-focused environment.
Her work is grounded in building meaningful relationships, supporting her team, and helping the organization continue to grow in a way that stays true to its values – always leading with care, intention, and heart.
Don Woods, CPA/CMA
Payroll & Accounting
With extensive experience in financial management and strategic accounting, Don oversees all accounting and payroll operations for With Love Group. His precision, integrity, and dedication ensure the organization maintains strong financial foundations while supporting sustainable growth. Don’s expertise helps streamline financial processes, empower business decisions, and uphold transparency across all divisions.
Peter Guanzon
Licensed Financial Broker and Insurance Agent
Peter is a devoted family man with a heartfelt mission to ensure no family is left behind. Drawing on over a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse in Manitoba, he brings a compassionate, holistic approach to his work in finance. Peter is deeply committed to empowering individuals with personalized financial knowledge tailored to their unique circumstances in order to meet their short term, mid term, and long term goals.
